"William Richmond, Inc. removed and installed a new asphalt roof for our house and shed. We experienced a quick turnaround from estimate to installation. Mr. Richmond provided a detailed explanation of the products he would install and of the expectations on the overall project. Communication was excellent throughout the project. The roofing crew arrived on time, completed our project in a day, and did an excellent job in cleaning up after the install. We would highly recommend the services of William Richmond, Inc. We look forward to working with Mr. Richmond on future projects."

"They replaced our roof this summer and replaced our back patio door this fall. We had great experiences with both projects. Communication was excellent, right from the start. Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. Altogether seems like a solid company with great service and quality products. Shoutouts to Jordan, Crystal, David, Ray, and Jorge."

"Fairly competitive pricing for full replacement with new gutters. Had to have them come back several times to replace the the flashing (tin cutters got out of control when installing gutters leaving numerous visible gashes) and repairing rolls on the underlayment which gave the roof waves. Was told ?I get what I pay for? by the foreman when asking them to repair the deficiencies. Finally was resolved after continually calling. Likely wouldn?t hire again given the run around. Fairly good work otherwise."

"New Image IS the only company to go to! These guys went over and above in service. Quality speed. Took over communications with insurance company, leaving an incredibly convenient stress-free experience from start to finish. From shingle presentation, the care they took around my house during the install, warranty information to follow ups; not a question or concern throughout the entire process. The New Image crew 10 out of 5 stars."

"John Krause Construction recently replaced my roof. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the price we paid. Their crew was professional and courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They took extra care to clean up my entire yard and ensure I was happy with the job. I would highly recommend this company for any and all home improvement projects."

"Selecting a roofing company is hard it is a cut throat Buissnes. There are meny firms promising the world. These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. Expect there to be some waist in the yard. No mater who you hire or what they promise. It is impossible to get it all."

"JDH did an excellent job on rebuilding my deck. They were very detailed and very efficient. I would definitely hire them for work in the future and recommend them to friends or family."

"Worked very hard to get my roof replaced ASAP. I made them aware of our current leaking situation and my worry and they had new shingles and a crew here within 2 business days of me signing the contract and our roof was complete that day. Overall experience from quoting to replacement was easy. They were the lowest bidder out of 4 local contractors. We've had lots of rain since it was completed LEAK FREE!! Would definitely recommend them to a friend."

"From start to finish, the professionals at Priceless proved to be extremely knowledgable about the business. They helped us authenticate damage to the roof with our insurance company, provided a thorough and honest appraisal which the insurance company validated., a big job which required complete removal of the old roof and replacement with new, high quality shingles. Their installation teams worked tirelessly on the 4 day job, and returned afterwards to inspect all work and touch up places they thought needed improving without our having to ask. Clean up teams were thorough. They even repaired items which were not in the contract. Incredible, reliable service, friendly, no nonsense representatives. They represent the best in the business, highly recommend them."

"I was referred by a friend who had them install a composite deck. I had 3 contractors look at my deck to demo and replace with wood. They had a competitive price. They were done in 3 days! Short punch list which the owner had his men address. I would say Iâ m pretty picking but his men completed everything to my 100% satisfaction!!! I would definitely recommend â A PAIR OF HANDSâ !! It was a great experience to hire a honest contractor with professional people working with him! Oh, there was nothing for me to really clean up after! Thank you Rab!"
