"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Very professional and courteous and CLEAN!.... As soon as they entered our home just to look at the project they put a towel down on the floor to enter the home, put booties on their footwear!. My husband was home when the work was done and I assumed when I got home I would need to clean up after them or touch up paint on the walls.... but nothing - could not even tell they were there that day. Quality of work was very impressive he did not skip any steps or try to take the easiest path. Definitely recommend Scott and his team you will not be disappointed!"
