"Manuel, owner of QM Professionals, and 2 additional technicians arrived on time at 7:30am. They were extremely organized, very respectful, and worked very well together. Manuel checked with me regularly throughout the day with any questions and requests. Their customer service is beyond excellent and at all times made their priority my wishes, concerns and needs. Their pricing was extremely reasonable for the work that had to be completed. They worked straight through some summer storms that rolled into the area with only my need to get this job done their focus. They worked from 7:30am to 7:00pm with only short breaks for lunch and hydration. The temperature was in the upper 80s with high humidity. They completed all the work as agreed upon as well as extra effort to insure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this company for any exterior maintenance that might be required. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
