"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

"John and his assistant were super responsive from the beginning: inspecting the job site, planning and scheduling, applying for the permits, starting and finishing the job pretty much on time. Our case was a special case since it needed special permits and involved a lot of legal representation with the city. They were very helpful throughout the process of getting us ready for the permits. His work started right on time and he finished on time. He kept the site clean as we were living in the building while he worked on the basement. Was very professional in the work he did and they way he did it. Always consulted us on variations from the plan, was very flexible with our changes to the plan. Everything was cleaned after the job was done and the whole project went very smoothly. He did great job (woodwork) on a minibar and shelves he made for us. Rest of the work including the parts that his subcontractors did went smooth and came our great! I have been using the basement for about 4-5 month now and have had no issues. I recommended him already to a few of the close friends. Great experience!"
