"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors. "My journey began in late Jan. on a whim......I've been in my home for 20 years. My windows had to be 40+ years old. I called 3 different contractors. Once I read the reviews for American Construction I immediately cancelled the other 2 appts. From start to finish, the undivided attention is incomparable. I knew what I didn't want to spend and Greg (sales consultant) was kind in understanding. Also, my only option was a Saturday for installation. The job got put off 3 or 4 times due to weather. Greg stayed in touch consistently. Finally my install took place this weekend 3/3. Dominic & John could not have been more polite, courteous, and friendly. These guys showed up right on time and busted their asses all day. (9 windows) I never even heard them speaking to each other. It was just hustle, hustle!! No breaks, No lunch. Greg & Joe (foreman) showed up later in the afternoon. They hung out till job was complete. They did a walk thru with me. Any little items I may have found...they corrected. They will not leave until you are completely satisfied!! I had noticed some caulking that needed to be done, in addition I noticed my slider not working properly. Dominic stopped what he was doing and addressed that situation and corrected it. Couldn't be more pleased with my new windows or the professional & courteous service. 5 STAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"Home Genius made our experience memorable from the beginning to the end. Starting with Vince, the sales representative, He was charismatic and very honest, we didn't feel the pressure, and he had the opportunity to upsell ( I kept my eyes on the concrete siding). He gave his honest opinion. The project coordinator was on point as well. The product arrived in a few days at our driveway, and they started the very next day at 8 am. Ian, the project manager, is the nicest guy ever. He was always available to answer any question. The crew was courteous and fast. They started on a Thursday, by Friday, they were 97% done, Monday AM, they were ready and finished by 2 pm. They even installed light fixtures for us. If I have to find something that, like in every war, there are casualties; my rose bushes paid the price, lol. I think they were stepped on or something was put on top, but I understand they were in the way, and they would grow back soon. I totally recommend this company."

He really explained the process and materials which helped me make decisions on the design and feel comfortable with my decisions. the install and cleanup were done well. "We had to get some stucco done on the home, contacted Anthony Daly, who came out to look at what exactly needed repairing. Once we agreed on the updates, the crew came out to do the work. The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. After the updates were completed, we received many compliments and people wanted to know who did the work."
