"We hired OnPoint Construction to upgrade our rental property. They responded promptly when called for an estimate. The estimate was free, and included a detailed description of everything that was included and it called out items that were excluded. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but we picked them to do the job because we recognized the value of having someone that would get the job done right faster. There were delays getting materials that could have affected the completion date but we were saved by the owners working long hours to keep the project on schedule.
