They really care that customers are happy and that their work is done at the highest level. 323 Construction took our entire old 70's home, with floors and ceilings falling through, and turned it into a modern showcase. Things weren't just pasted over with stuff that will fall off and real problems exposed later. No, 323 investigated any suspicious thing they found during demo and made sure the infrastructure behind all the beautiful things they put in was solid and safe for your family. 323 uncovered major electrical problems, structural issues and all kinds of problems that were easy to fix while the walls were open but would have caused huge problems (and massive expenses) later if an uncaring contractor had just pasted over them and not had the courage to call me and say it was going to be a tiny bit more to keep my kids from potentially being electrocuted in their own shower. There was no nickel and dime act going on; Zach only called to provide updates and to report real problems (he even sent photos etc to verify). We are so happy with 323 Construction that we hired them again to put on a deck, fix up the shop and remodel the outside of the house.
