"The carpet was ordered by the store and was received within 4 days.  The installers came the next day.  We discussed some details on how the carpet would be installed on the stairs at the critical points, such as the threshold at the top of the stairs, how the carpet would tuck in at the edge of each stair and wrap around the bottom stair, as the last stair opened into the room. "I had a carpet that had been ruined by my movers when they got it wet on its way to storage and allowed to sit in the storage facility for 6 weeks without drying it out. When I unrolled my carpet it was covered in mold. Tribal loom was able to pick up the rug within 2 hours of my calling them. A week later they returned it to me mold free. Unfortunately they were unable to repair all the damage as the excessive moisture had resulted in dye run; however they prepared an official appraisal for me to present to the insurance company. All of this was done with in 1 week and included door to door service. I would use this company again and will recommend them to anyone who asks. <br />"
