The planks are straight, the seams perfect. The paint crew was incredibly fast and had the whole house done in a day, even coating all around, and only a few touchups found in the final walk-through. The only issue that arose with the project was due to a miscommunication between two crews trading off the siding project, which Duane immediately set about correcting without my even having to ask, let alone having to argue with them. My home looks fantastic, and I can't recommend them highly enough!"

"We hired Rain City Exteriors to coordinate a large remodel of the exterior of our home which included a new roof, removal of two layers of siding and window trim, blown-in insulation, new Hardie window trim, 6 new windows, new Hardie siding, new gutters and fresh paint. Guillermo was super easy to deal with during the quoting process and answered a lot of detailed questions I had. They worked with us to schedule work to begin and be continuous throughout so that we wouldn't have interrupted service. We were very happy with the quality of all the components of our remodel. The largest portion of work had to do with removal and replacement of the window trim and siding. The 2 person team was wonderful. Arrived on time daily, were very respectful of our neighbors, apprised me of concerns as they were discovered and cleaned up at the end of each day. After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood.
