I called Indiana Foundation Service and got a representative out the next week. He went over the issue and the solution thoroughly with me. We signed the contract and a month later we had some awesome workers come out to our house. Charles, Brandon, and Kyle worked 2 days to dig, brace, and make sure our wall was level/plum. I cannot recommend this company and this crew enough! We were completely satisfied with the outcome and the whole process. "Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. "The paint and work is guanteed, I've had to call them back for caulk issues in 2010 and 2012 but they have always been responsive and very friendly. They did a good job on my house and I have been very happy with my paint job. It was a  decision between hoosier permanant coating or siding and this was the least expensive way to go. I would do it again. Paul the owner has been very easy to work with and Anita has always been friendly and efficient. Thanks guys, good job."

"WE CALLED OLD HOMES MADE NEW BECAUSE OUR ROOF HAD BEEN LEAKING SO BAD THAT THE DRYWALL WAS FALLING IN THE HALLWAY FROM BEING SO WET. WE HAD THIS FIXED PREVIOUSLY AND IT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND HAD EVEN TARRED THE SHINGLES TO STOP THE LEAK BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. WE SAW AN AD FOR OLD HOMES MADE NEW ON THE INTERNET AND THOUGHT WHAT THE HECK, WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING. WE GOT A HOLD OF JON AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE AND WE HIRED HIM ON THE SPOT. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH JON AND HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH IN HIS ASSESSMENT OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HE HAD JUST COME FROM THE DOCTOR WITH AN INJURED EYE AND  HE STILL CAME TO SEE US, WHAT DEDICATION!!
