"Wow!  The team was fantastic!  They arrived at 7a every day and worked all day every day with only a break for lunch.  They brought all their supplies and tools including their own dumpster.  And they cleaned up the site every single day before they left.  They stripped the old materials off the roof, made repairs where needed, and then applied the new paper and shingles and an additional roof vent.  Everything that was quoted in the original estimate was completed and there were no extra or hidden costs.  David never asked for a deposit; we made one payment once all the work was completed.  David cared for the necessary permit and inspections.   He also provided wind mitigation documentation and photos.  The entire crew was so professional and courteous and such hard workers!  We were very impressed (and our neighbors were also impressed and some even stopped to get contact information.)  This was definitely one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had as homeowners!"
