"Very happy with the results of a renovation which included kitchen, changing two small bedrooms and small bath into a new master suite with completely new large bathroom, expanded bedroom with door to deck and large walk-in closet. The reno included new ceilings, lighting and flooring throughout the house and dividing a large open room into two good sized living and family rooms with wall and French doors. Every inch of the home was brought into a new century with new doors, moldings, tile and paint. Jarrod was very helpful with design ideas and explanations of the process which included permitting and inspections. Pricing was fair. His team of professionals was great and fun to work with. His supervisors also made great suggestion on the fly that improved the design and usefulness of the space. His subcontractors were great as well. My only concern was that the process took longer than planned. But a hurricane can slow things down!"

"Perfect Way Pavers, Inc. Is an excellent organization, from the owner Rafael Sousa who heads up the hardworking crew to Rose his wife, who is in charge of the business end of the company. Together they provide a perfect combination of skills and talent that produces excellent results. They installed a paver block patio, butting up to an existing patio, that by their own admission wasn't the best match to the existing patio. On their own, they decided to remove it and installed a better match, at no charge to us. Very professional! In addition, we had a major depression in our paver driveway where they removed the existing pavers, leveled the base and reinstalled the pavers. It's now perfect and you can't even see where the repairs were made. We have scheduled them to come back after the Holidays to repair the paver walk to the front door. It has roots from the abutting plantings lifting the pavers. We're certain they will do an excellent job! One big plus for Perfect Way Pavers is that after they leave, you cannot find one speck of dirt, sand or other construction debris. Very thorough clean up."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."
