"Technician Troy arrived on time, professional and courteous. Even though he couldn't fully repair the leaking water connection, he provided accurate information for owner to purchase the correct materials. Leak/s have been fixed and very happy with the response of Auger's Plumbing."

"Recently had my water heater replaced with straight flush and Brad was very nice and professional. I had some questions and I feel like he was very honest which is hard to find these days. I strongly recommend straight flush for any plumbing issues."

"Experienced plumber, friendly and neat. He removed toilets in one piece, cleaned the area, and replaced with new toilets. The product was beautiful. An expert for sure. He also replaced my bathroom sink drain. Excellent, professional work and very friendly to work with. They were timely and efficient. Price out bid everyone else. Thank you for your fine service."

"Ricky came out and replaced a hot water heater on Christmas Eve. I called him the evening before and he was there replacing the hot water heater the next morning. Excellent professional fast service. He’s the only guy I’d call for plumbing work. Doreen Moore, Palm bay"

"I asked Matt to replace from plumbing in a condo I am watching while the owner is away, in Waverly Place. Those condos are small and plumbing access is not easy. Matt was nice enough to tell me that some of my requests did not actually need replacing. That saved me a lot of money. Matt arrived on time and was very professional and neat. He is friendly enough but he gets straight to work so no time is wasted. I thought he was very reasonable and would hire him again without question. I have his number saved in my phone for future plumbing needs. Thanks Matt."

"Pretty high markup if you can not opt to buy on your own and have Ben Franklin install. I am ninety four and no longer fit to shop for proper fixture....My son bought and installed similar faucet fixture for himself at about one quarter my cost."
