"EXCELLENT! This company went above and beyond our expectations. If you need any roofing work or repairs they are very reliable. We would hire again if we need any other roofing jobs performed."

"Fantastic team. Fast, efficient and extremely nice to work with. This was the second roof they’ve installed-one for my previous home (metal) and one for my current home (shingle). Both installations were perfect, they made the process extremely easy-and had the job done on budget and under scheduled time. Thanks to the team-this will be my go-to company forward!"

"We just had our roof replaced through JW and could not be happier. Not only was the installation extremely fast, they were so helpful in the entire process and did an amazing job. Our neighbors have mentioned how great it looks as well. Would definitely recommend JW Roofing."

"We live in Eden, Ga, near Savannah. We just had our roof done by Ragsdale Roofing September 3, 4, 2021. Over the last few months, I had 14 companies come and inspect. Only 7 gave estimates. The only one that mentioned I may have issues with my rafters was Beau Ragsdale of Ragsdale Roofing and Innovations. He was patient, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns. Our roof was only 6 years old but the last company did a crap job so there was more damage and damage from wind than we knew. We had a lot of issues, we had to get a complete tear down to the rafters. My husband took off work so he could observe and advise. Beau Ragsdale and his three 5 man crews, they knocked out my 3700 square feet doublewides in 2 days working sun up till sun down. Hard workers, they did a wonderful job! Beau also gives a 10 year workmanship warranty, most companies only gave 2 or 3 years. I also called my home owners' insurance company and they helped out so don't forget to call them."

"I interviewed three roofing companies recommended by Home Advisor. While Hixon's was not the lowest bid, they were by far the most professional and left me with minimal questions about what they were providing, warranties, cleanup, etc. We were very pleased with the installation and especially the post installation cleanup of our yard. We highly recommend them!!!"

"In 2010 they hag to come out and fix leak. Now in 2016 more leaks appeared. Looked and found that the ridge vent was not installed to manufacture specs. End piece not used, so water has been going directly in our attic, but because it took mother nature 6 years from first leak (9 years from install) ... statue says we are out of luck getting it repaired. They used old rusted nails for the boots and skylight and no sealant on anything. Brian Horton says he has 5 year warranty and no concern even though it was his negligence. Also rafter was was not repaired properly ... board used was decking wood and it was not flush to support rafter. We have mold throughout attic on rafters. Ridge vent cuts are not vented and some are cut all the way into soffit area. 2 different style of ridge vents were used (why?). Used old vent boots instead of replacing (if needed) and reused old nails. I would stay away because his work in not honorable and very slow to respond even if it's not related to repair."
