"After paying Vince $925 we still have the same refrigerator issues. He replaced two fans and the ice maker. We still have the random shrill noise from the refrigerator which the replacement fans was supposed to fix. Vince installed the new ice maker and it never worked. As of today he has not responded to the BBB or the MA Attorney General's office and he has not offered any refund, even for the "new" parts that never worked, and he did not keep the last appoinment we made with him."

They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Our projects were having our fieldstone basement repointed, adding a small piece to our existing fence to our garage, and adding paving stones behind the garage. While he was here, we showed him another project we were considering, and he was able to fit that in the following week.
