I've seen friends of mine go through hot water replacement and it always winds up being a multi-day affair, in this case I had someone at my house less than an hour after I called and by the end of the day we were good to go. Angel pointed out a handful of things surrounding our old heater which also needed improvement, not surprising considering our house predates indoor plumbing and things have just been grafted in here and there over the decades. He even pointed out some electrical work that he recommended we look into having done, again not surprising but it was another sign that he cared about quality and is looking out for his customers. I couldn't have been happier with the whole process and am pleased that I've managed to find a quality, local plumber after all."
