Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. So I called Angel Saturday morning, and he agreed to come right over and take a look. Once he arrived, he realized it wasn't just the relief valve, and the heater would need to be replaced. He then devoted the rest of the afternoon to obtaining a heater for me and doing the replacement. He was careful, professional, and very safety conscious."
