"Lee was a very "hands on" Carpenter. He explained the process of replacing my Porch ceiling in detail. Then he did the job!. He helped me position the electrical boxes for the lights and the ceiling fans as well as walked me threw the molding trim and the strapping required. Lee brought with him a laser that allowed us to make sure the new ceiling was level as well the positioning of the electrical boxes. Lee brought 2 more workers to the project when required and got the job done ahead of schedule and within budget and his estimate! Rather than just guessing about the cause of the issues, he set up a ladder and took some pictures on his cell phone to show me. Rather than getting back to me in a week (or not at all as with other contractors), he gave me a quote before he left. Work was completed a few days later. He and his crew installed flashing behind the gutters, cleaned them, and sealed the joints. David sent me before and after pictures of the work the crew did.
