"Last year we replaced our hundred year old garage. We live in an historical district. So there were a number of requirements beyond normal. Garage For You told us when each phase of the process would be done and they stuck to the schedule. There were a few unique features that they were able to accommodate. I had saved and refurbished five original windows from the old garage. And I also duplicated the original trim. They incorporated both of these items into the design for the new garage and installed them. We had another company apply a stucco finish to the garage. Garage For You workers prepared the walls as the stucco company requested. The stucco company said that the preparation was excellent. The electrical and final inspections were flawless. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the flexibility of the design process and the overall responsiveness and availability of the workers and office staff. "Top Bros completely gutted and remodeled the two outdated bathrooms in our condo. The building is over 100 years old, so there were some challenges with plumbing, framing, and leveling, but Top Bros didn't shy away from any of them. They tackled each challenge head on and transformed our bathrooms, ensuring that everything was done correctly. They were friendly, easy to work with and the final products turned out amazing. I would highly recommend working with them."

"Paul was extremely professional and he even went beyond what was originally asked of him.  
- Paul and two of his co-workers removed all of the drywall, plus the wall and floor tiles, tub, and toilet, and hauled away all of the debris.
- Some of the plumbing had to be redone as Paul found some rusting pipes in the wall.  He told the building engineer about this issue since the pipe actually belonged to the neighbor across from me and he was given permission to fix this pipe.  He was compensated from the condo association for this additional work.
- The first thing to be installed was a custom one-piece show base purchased from Corna Kitchen Bath & Tile.
- They installed new drywall, wall tile was installed and grouted, and then new floor tile was installed.
- They installed a hand held shower faucet, a rein shower, recessed lighting in the ceiling, and a sliding glass shower door.
- The entire bathroom was primed and painted.
- A new toilet was installed, plus a new vanity, vanity sink, faucet, mirror, and lighting.
I have to say that this work was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled.  Even the engineer in the building commented to me about how neat Paul was after everything was torn down.  Plus after the job was completed, he took pictures of the work and about a week later, he called me asking for Paul's phone number so he could recommend him for another job in the building.
We did spend quite a bit on the materials (approx. $8,000) as we bought everything from Studio 41 and Corna Kitchen Bath & Tile. But I have to say that everything we bought was worth it and the bathroom now looks amazing!

"I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair."

"We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

He was very helpful and gave us a great ideas as well as advice how to save some money. We hired him right away. He was done in the promised time and he made my kitchen beautiful, I cannot believe it is my kitchen. Nermin did new floor, new cabinets, new appliances, tile, back splash and paint. He helped us choose design and colors and we are very grateful.  My new bathroom was old and we had to basically do everything from scratch. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. "Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily).
