"Last year we replaced our hundred year old garage. We live in an historical district. So there were a number of requirements beyond normal. Garage For You told us when each phase of the process would be done and they stuck to the schedule. There were a few unique features that they were able to accommodate. I had saved and refurbished five original windows from the old garage. And I also duplicated the original trim. They incorporated both of these items into the design for the new garage and installed them. We had another company apply a stucco finish to the garage. Garage For You workers prepared the walls as the stucco company requested. The stucco company said that the preparation was excellent. The electrical and final inspections were flawless. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the flexibility of the design process and the overall responsiveness and availability of the workers and office staff. "We started vetting contractors through Angies List last year for a bathroom remodel project & requested quotes from multiple contractors. MPT was very prompt in their responses & had a competitive quote. After speaking with Paul a couple of times, we decided to work with MPT.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail & professionalism that the MPT team demonstrated. We were promised that the work would be finished in 2 weeks and and they finished it right on time (9 working days). Every morning they arrived promptly at 8 AM and some mornings I was pleasantly surprised to see them waiting outside the driveway until it was 8 AM. They were extremely detail-oriented and kept us abreast of developments along the way, with Paul even providing expert knowledge where our knowledge was limited. Cleanup after the task was also beyond my expectations.

"I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair."

"The project went very well and Above and Beyond Construction was very easy to work with. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done. We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. They were very responsive if we had questions and were flexible if we wanted to make changes while construction was going on. Our home is an older brick Spanish revival home and the owner of ABC went out of his way to find architectural materials for the addition that matched the style of our home. The crew was courteous, conscientious, pleasant, professional and very easy to have in our home. They were very neat and cleaned up every day before going home. He was very helpful and gave us a great ideas as well as advice how to save some money. We hired him right away. He was done in the promised time and he made my kitchen beautiful, I cannot believe it is my kitchen. Nermin did new floor, new cabinets, new appliances, tile, back splash and paint. He helped us choose design and colors and we are very grateful.  My new bathroom was old and we had to basically do everything from scratch. "The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."
