"The project went very well and Above and Beyond Construction was very easy to work with. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done. We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. They were very responsive if we had questions and were flexible if we wanted to make changes while construction was going on. Our home is an older brick Spanish revival home and the owner of ABC went out of his way to find architectural materials for the addition that matched the style of our home. The crew was courteous, conscientious, pleasant, professional and very easy to have in our home. They were very neat and cleaned up every day before going home. We highly recommend Above and Beyond Construction and would use them again on any other projects in our home."

"High Quality Painting does far more than painting and we hired them to renovate and expand our kitchen and relocate our bathroom. My wife and I are an interior designer and architect, respectively, and drew up the design ourselves, which included some high-end finishes. Salvador made several recommendations that we followed to improve the design. His team was polite and worked 8am-5pm, six days a week, until the work was complete. Any home renovation is going to be painful for the residents, but Salvador and his team reduced our discomfort and anxiety with good communications and effective dust control measures. His costs were fair and well-documented and he worked to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even had his team make improvements to our HVAC (that we had not asked for) to improve the air flow in the home. We had one call back for a correction, which Salvador promptly fixed. My wife and I highly recommend Salvador and his team and would definitely hire them again."

"We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks. "We purchased an older home and after living in it for a couple of months discovered a few issues in the attic and on the outside of the house that needed to be addressed. "This was my first experience with remodeling and hiring a contractor so am not sure how much of my disappointment is because of unreal expectations.   I had made the assumption that I had hired him as the contractor but found that I was having to be the go-between for the vendors from whom I purchased the materials and him.   While the bathroom looks updated, I was very disappointed with the quality of the work.  The delivery of the tiles took three attempts because he didn't want to be responsible for having to bring them up to my unit and the company only delivered curbside but ultimately he did it.   There was also a tear in the drywall from where they removed the original plastic floor molding and they just painted over it initially.   When I brought it to his attention, he threw some mud over it and then repainted but there is still a noticeable bump on the wall.  I didn't have new drywall installed on a couple of walls so expected minor visible imperfections but was surprised at the number of places where there had been grout or spackle used and it wasn't smoothed out well out before it was painted over.   When he initially installed the medicine cabinet and lightening, it was a little lower than I thought it would be and the light was off center over the cabinet.  When I asked if the cabinet could be raised a little and the light centered, I was told that it couldn't be done.  So I checked with a friend who ensured me that it could be based on what I wanted done and told me what to tell him.  When I provided that info, I was then told that it wasn't that it couldn't be done but that it would take a little longer to do and came by and did it.  The tile work is okay but some of the tiles are uneven and the grout is heavier in some places than others.  Also, as he was wrapping up the job, I noticed that he had decided to use three pieces of the bath tiles to complete the molding on the wall between the tub and sink which was different than the floor tile.  When I asked why, he mentioned that he had run out of the floor tiles but didn't think to tell me when he had me order more of the bath tiles so that it could be finished correctly.   I also noticed that because the molding tiles that run along the wall with the toilet and sink weren't measured correctly, the cabinet for the sink does not sit flush against that wall and the caulking that he used around the sink has started cracking and it has only been less than a month.   Overall the bathroom does look better than the old one but I am wondering if this one will last as long.

They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks.
