"I had an emergency water leak coming from my ceiling, and they responded the same day. They quickly identified the problem as a ruptured water heater and replaced it that very day. Excellent service?prompt, professional, and reliable. I?ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs."

"Cody is the most honest and hard working pro ever! He comes on time and does a great job. He goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied. We are doing some rather intense remodeling, adding new water and sewer lines. Also installing a new bathroom and kitchen. His work ethic is spot on! We highly recommend Cody for all your plumbing needs. His work is high quality!"

"Joshua Jackson of J & Junior Plumbing was truly very good: professional, transparent, communicative, responsive to texts and calls. Three men showed up and installed a tankless water heater in my old house. They took away the 30 gallon old heater. Joshua recommended a tankless heater that was more expensive than other heater units but explained that the one he uses does not require addition fittings (stainless steal exhaust vent--this one uses PVC pipe exhaust through existing hole in roof without special roof hood)."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"

We came home one evening to find water dripping through my bathroom ceiling.  My hot water heater was leaking and we went ahead and ordered a new one.  The water heater was on the far side of the attic, very difficult to get to.  When Mike of RotoRooter arrived, he went into the attic and carefully made his way across the attic on the beams.  He checked out the water heater and found that the line had sprung a leak.  He also checked out the water heater itself and found that there was nothing wrong with it and said that it was turning on and off and that the only thing that needed to be done was to fix the line.  He changed out both the hot and cold water lines to be on the safe side.  So far, so good.  Good communication about what he found with the water heater and gave me options as far as changing out the entire water heater or just the lines.  Would use again.

"

"He advised me that I did not need to change water heater at the time ..I was very impressed with his honesty"

"Other than a late start the team was focused and knowledgeable. They took great care to cleanly remove the damaged flooring and professionally install the replacement. It should be notes that the old flooring was incorrectly glued, making the task very tedious and difficult. The result is that you can't tell where the repair is without knowing its location. Well done."
