They don't go up on ladders to caulk higher windows in home. Not even sure what they did in my basement or what they did to improve air leaks throughout the rest of my home. Again. A few tubes of caulk and I could have tackled on my own."

"The estimate started as 360 for 4 hours and then the email said there was a 7 hour labor in total. They included the ladder and paintbrush in the materials. I don't know why I would have to buy a new ladder for them or a bucket. The paint brush I could understand but I don't think I should have to buy it from them.
