"PermaDry did an absolutely amazing job waterproofing my basement. Mike, the owner, was fair with pricing and the job was better than promised. They braced the wall with foundation straps to correct that issue, installed a new sump crock, did an internal drain tile system, and routed water underground to the front ditch and everything was perfectly done. They did the job faster than promised and he was willing to work with us and got the job done very quickly. They cleaned up everything after themselves as well. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a great, hardworking, affordable, and professional team. Thanks PermaDry!!"

"Russ did an exceptional job dealing with waterproofing issues at our home in Troy. He was prompt, responsive and professional. More importantly, he dealt specifically with the actual problem, as opposed to competitors who were determined to offer extraordinarily costly and unnecessary drainage systems, which were absolute overkill to the actual problem. If I have an issue again, I'm calling Russ. He consistently had a thoughtful response to what I was seeing."

"Being the owner of a carpet company in Metro Detroit, my company installs flooring in thousands of basements every year. Many of those basements had issues with water coming in after heavy rainfall. When we wind up in a home that has evidence of moisture we always recommend our customers to BWM because they do a spectacular job EVERY SINGLE TIME, and charge our customers a very fair price. Once they are done with their work, we can install the carpet or flooring and give our customers a beautifully finished basement with ultimate peace of mind. The pros at Basement Waterproofing of Michigan have serviced almost 1,000 of our customers and have yet to hear any negative feedback from anyone of them. We only hear great things from our customers about the team at BWM."

"The installation crew was prompt, courteous, efficient, and very helpful."

"Dave chiseled the crack in the poured foundation from slab floor to top. Since it was actively leaking, he stopped the leak with hydraulic cement, injected polyurethane into the crack, then sealed the surface with epoxy. It's now a month, and no hint of moisture. Also provided a lifetime transferable warranty guaranteeing that should the repaired crack leak in the future, the Crack Team will repair it at no charge. Very competitive pricing, great friendly service, and a great result. Highly recommend."

"The work was done as scheduled (within weeks of the quote). The installers were courteous and professional. They took extraordinary care to keep the cement dust to a minimum. It has been over a year since the work was done, and I am still very pleased. I have a nice, dry basement."

"Bob Gray and his team at 4-Ever Water-Tite did amazing work on our basement. I fully recommend this company without hesitation for any basement waterproofing, plumbing, or foundation work. The team was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, professional, courteous, and just good people all around. Bob was able to schedule our project in quickly and it was completed within three days. The work that was completed was exceptional, as well as the clean-up. The price was also very reasonable and the work has a lifetime transferable warranty."

"Had around 15 cracks injected in my foundation and one rod hole. Only a handful had been leaking but I had all visible ones filled to prevent any possible future issue. It took Andrew 2 visits due to the size of the job- he showed up on time each day and worked non stop to complete the work. I waited to get through some rains to complete this review- since the work was done we have had several heavy rains and one intense storm that 100% would have caused the crack to leak- We have been 100% done dry. Andrew also provides a lifetime transferable warranty on all this work. I could not be happier with the work that was done."

"They replaced several rows of broken bricks at the foundation of the house - without jeopardizing the integrity of the wall as well as replacing some bricks by the front door and installing a limestone plate by the door sill. Work was done professionally by Evan's crew within the estimated time and everyone there was very courteous."
