Wes did the siding/gutters on our house a couple of years ago through another company and did a fantastic job.  We had some winter damage that needed repairs and looked up Wes' information .  He did a great job in 2012 and continues to carry on with his high quality of work and work ethics.  He immediately handled all repairs and did not even charge us!

"Roof and gutters are great. There was a misunderstanding on the fascia from what I asked for and what was replaced. Contract was not worded in clear enough (not itemized/quantified) on that line item, so I didn't realize that what the sales guy heard was different than what I was asking for. Ultimately a mistake on both sides that I didn't catch until much too late (also lowest cost portion of job). Overall the crew did a great job and cleaned up the jobsite, roof was finished in one day. Gutters turned out great, they sent another crew a few days later that was in and out in a half hour."

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"I can't speak more highly of my experience with HCI and Alvin Ashley in particular. Being a military veteran I felt an immediate camaraderie with Alvin who himself is a veteran. As part of quoting the job he walked my wife and I through the entire process start to finish. He covered in detail what would happen at every step of the process including what materials would be used and why they were the right choice. Though he quotes jobs now, his experience as a roofer clearly showed as he easily fielded the dozen or so questions that I had. I live in a historic home in Farmington. Around town it is commonly referred to as the “Lone Ranger House” as Earle Graser (the radio show Lone Ranger) lived in it during the 1930s. It was clear to me after spending some time with Alvin that he appreciated the historical significance of my home and was committed to ensuring it's preservation. Alvin did not employ any of the normal salesmen BS like starting at twice the real price or pretending to call his boss to bring the price down. His starting number was extremely reasonable and very close to my estimate. After some very brief negotiations I singed a contract to have the work done that very evening. I have several out buildings on my property and have every intention of calling Alvin back when it is time to replace those roofs."

"It went very well. Our house looks beautiful our icky hideous yellow brick is now a nice modern grey that compliments our siding. Eventually we will have them back to replace our siding but it just wasn't in the budget this year. Everyone was nice and on time and did a great job.

"I called to set up the service and set the time for 2:00.  I was running late and called the company and asked for 2:30 and they said they would call him.  I got home at 2:15 and there was an estimate in my door.  I called the company and they said I wasn't listed for an appointment.  I said I made it last week with 'Mike' and they said we don't have a 'Mike' here.  I said his name is right here on the estimate.  They said 'oh yes, Mike.  We'll have him call you.  That was odd.
Mike calls and explains I need a new roof, which is true.  Gave me a good estimate (I've had 3 and this amount was in the middle).  He said he got to my house early and made repairs on the roof.
