"We were advised by our water company that we had a leak and were losing 100 gallons of water per hour. After checking all the indoor possibilities, knew we needed professional help. Lee was referred by a contractor we had worked with so I called. Just by sheer luck, he had finished a project early and could come right away. After running multiple tests, he determined the leak was between the house and the meter, some 30 yards from the house. Our house is very old, therefore had lead pipes. Lee suggested replacing the entire line, although he was willing to repair the leak if that wasn't possible for us. He provided a fair estimate and started work the morning after the utilitiy companies gave clearance for the dig, which was about 48 hours. Since our water was turned off at the main, he was sympathetic to our needs and was able to rearrange one of his less urgent jobs in order to accommodate us. I've never seen someone work so hard, yet remain so extremely pleasant! We could 100% tell he knew what he was doing and also loves what he does. Without hesitation, we would 1000% recommend Lee for your plumbing needs."

"I had a sump pump problem and needed answers fast. What was very impressive about Berryman is they had a solution for my problem right over the phone. I just texted them a picture of the old sump pump and they got back with me the next day with the solution and estimate of my problem. Everyone else wanted to come out and take a look. This saved so much time, which was important to my problem, because I didn't want my basement to flood any more. Micheal and his son came out to house with everything they need to take care of the problem. What was very impressive is they explained what they were doing, and they did it in a way anyone could understand it. They put in a new brass sump pump and a new jet pump for back up. Not only did this give me peace of mind, but I was very pleased at the price for their service. It was extremely reasonable. I will never use another plumbing service ever again. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I also want to thank Home Advisory, this was the first time I used them, but it certainly won't be the last....I have written reviews before, but this recommendation is now at the top of my list!!!! "They did excellent work. I interviewed several other companies but chose Highland because the estimator gave me more flexible options and promptly answered questions I had after the initial interview. They seem to really care about getting the best solution for the customer. They arrived on time, completed the work as promised, carried off debris, and left the place looking better than it was before they came. A couple of days after the work was done, the backup pump alarm sounded for no apparent. They came back immediately, checked out the system, and went over the operation with me, again. The cellar is quite dry, now."

"They are pretty expensive just to walk into the door. I had a water leak, they had to find a water leak. I saw where it was leaking, there was a leak up there and they didn't know how you could find it. They didn't try to find it. So I got to get a handyman or something in to take care of that where it's leaked trough my ceiling from underneath my upstairs bathroom. And they didn't show any concern for that or try to check it they just; they found where my leak was coming from and they had been here, that was the 2nd time they had been here and they couldn't find the leak before. And then finally they found it that day. It was nothing it was my water softener that was leaking. And I had to call the water softener people in. They dug in my yard before, I was paying these high water bills and they couldn't find the leak outside. Come to find out the city water company could have checked for a leak, yeah I found that out after I paid them a few hundred dollars. But I have used them for years. It's hard to find somebody that's reliable. They charge like a trip fee and then a service call and then so much and hour and all that. So I try to use a handyman when I can. Like for this leak since they didn't even say how I could check it you know they wouldn't even know where it was coming from. And they just got their money from telling me it was my water softener and went on. They didn't help me with that leak."
