"Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited."

Brad was very helpful when making decisions on things that were on my dream list, while also keeping my budget in mind. His experience helped a lot because I wasn't aware of all of the details that go into renovating a home. I have no complaints about this process with Quality Home Improvements. It actually went a lot smoother than I ever anticipated and I think that was due to having a contractor who was well experienced. His work is VERY TEDIOUS and there is nothing that I saw that I wished had been done better. My house was always left in the condition that I left it or better, and remnants from working were always picked up. If I ever need any other remodel work done, I know who I will contact."
