I had done professional apartment building replacements(windows, doors, roofing, and interiors) with Cypress, and new their quality and pricing fairness. It was inter "shoulder season" and they found a week and completed the project (plus I added a couple of more doors). Used Harvey products (my preferred)..no glitches or callbacks....and did nice job cleaning up,...no nails, shards etc. Cypress (Bob Lud) also did work on brownstone and multi family rentals, on historic windows, doors, roofs etc...did fine work....needed some help with govt contract paperwork, but we eventually got that perfect to."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. The representative from the company was professional and knew his product but, over $ 14,000 for a tub/shower replacement was way more than I wanted to spend."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! "If you are looking for a general contractor service that is smart, responsive, and respectful, look no further.  When we contacted TNTS with our project, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sally, who was extremely kind and polite.  She was able to schedule a consultation that day!!!! I was very excited that they had the time to see my property so quickly.  
Leslie worked with us as the general contractor, and she was so kind and considerate.  My wife and I felt so comfortable speaking with her about the project, and she was comfortable as well.  It was very easy to tell her what we wanted to do and why we wanted to do it, and she was very receptive and thorough.  Once I received the quote, though, my jaw dropped.....The price was considerably less than I had expected!!!! I thought this would have easily been a $10k job, but to do it all for $5800, I thought there was a mistake.  And to add even more thrill to the whole scenario, they were able to start work THE WEEK AFTER our estimate was made!!! 
I have worked with general contractors before and I have never had an experience like this, in a positive way!  When the work started, the contractors that were sent to our site worked fast however very professional.  They did all the work to code and they cleaned up afterwards.  Ron, the carpenter that had worked with us during the replacement of the columns and the stairs, was very friendly and easy to work with.  He had even made some suggestions that had saved us some money, which we were able to shift to rebuilding the stairs at the bulkhead (which wasn't part of the contract, but they were happy to do it!).  
Chuck had been the contractor that installed our ceiling vent, and God bless him!  He did a great job, even though the heat had been brutal in the attic initially.  The project was divided into 2 days because he didn't have a ladder long enough available at the time to access the vent in the exterior of the house, but they got that turned around very quickly as well.  
Through the whole project, any concern I had I brought up with Leslie and she was very professional and reactive.  This company works to please their customers, and not condescend or cut corners to pad their pockets.  Believe it or not, even when it came time to request payments when scheduled, they were extremely kind and respectful. 
My experience with TNTS had been so positive, and the work had been done so professionally and cost-effectively, that my wife and I decided not to sell the home as intended.  Once we found a great contractor, and started to customize the house to our liking, we realized that it's a great place to stay.  It's a great feeling to know that we have a contractor on our side to help us with home renovations, because we will be using them again, and again, and again!!!

"JOB DONE WAS EXCELLENT - THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA OF OLD CEDAR SHINGLES; INSTALLED TYVEK AND INSTALLED PVC RAKE AND REPLACED ANY CEDAR SHINGLES MISSING OR DAMAGED AROUND THE HOUSE. BRIAN AND STEVE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLING THE NEW CEDAR SHINGLES AND PVC TRIM ON ONE SIDE OF THE SALT BOX HOME THAT WAS IN THE SUN AND TWO GABLE END AWNING WINDOWS. ANY ITEM THAT WAS ON THE HOME LIKE THE CENTRAL A/C LINES THAT WERE OUTSIDE THE HOME WAS PUT  BACK IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY EVEN PUT TRIM AROUND MY UTILITY BOXES A NICE TOUCH.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR! GOOD QUALITY WORK. WE FOUND THAT THE ORIGINAL BUILDER NEVER PUT ANY FLASHING ON THE CHIMNEY. THEY INSTALLED OVER 100 FEET OF LEAD FLASHING AND OVER 13 BUNDLES OF CEDAR SHINGLES. THE CONTRACTOR WAS FROM CAPE COD BUT THEY WORK ALL OVER  NEW ENGLAND. I DID HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO DO THE WORK BUT GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.
