We provide cleaning, tune-ups, diagnostics, maintenance, and accepted appliance-side service for propane, natural-gas, charcoal, kamado, and built-in grills, plus smokers, griddles, fire pits, patio heaters, and outdoor pizza ovens. We also support common-area grills and commercial cooking equipment. Every request is reviewed for equipment, scope, access, parts, travel, price, and timing before scheduling. We do not perform building gas piping, fixed electrical, plumbing, permits, chimney or flue work, or safety certification.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
