Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Menlo Park, CA

"My tankless water heater went out on a Friday night, and the Water Heater Boys were able to replace it on Saturday the next day! Excellent customer service and professionalism. Will definitely call if in this situation again, and will tell my friends!"

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Since my current water heater was 17 years old I decided to replace it before it gave out on me. I emailed Better Water Heaters in the evening with the details and got a phone call from Frans who scheduled Daniel to come and give me a free estimate the next afternoon. In the meantime I got another quote from another installer after texting photos of the current installation. Daniel’s estimate was similar for a standard water heater replacement but although I had not considered a tankless install I asked for a quote on that as well after discussing pros and cons with Daniel. Daniel then waited while I discussed this with my wife and since he could do the install the next day I decided on the tankless install and Daniel arrived the next morning and completed the install in three hours. I am very happy with the quickness and quality of the work as well as the quality of the Rinnai water heater that was installed."

"Highly recommended. Steve spent time with me on the phone educating me about the pros and cons of tankless and heat pump water heaters. He followed up quickly with a competitive estimate after visiting my home. He is knowledgeable about rebates that can save a lot of the cost. He is a bayren approved contractor which is required if you want to take advantage of their rebates. He installed one water heater this week and everything went very smoothly. Next week I am having him back to put in a heat pump water heater."

"I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."

"The complete process from the quote, to scheduling, to the installation of the tankless water heater was excellent. It only took one week from quoting through the completion of the job. The installation was completed in one day. The team was cordial and professional. Furthermore, the price was competitive. I would strongly recommend Super Brothers for your plumbing jobs."

"The cost to replace three natural gas wall heater was slightly less than Gree mini-splits heater cooler. The installers were courteous and professional. Delayed several days as the equipment haven’t arrived yet. Job cost as agreed, but took half day longer due to the complexity of installation. Results are excellent. The mini-split units works as specified. Will use Albert Nahman heating plumbing again in the future."

"I posted a review earlier and I need to revise it . The work done was for a standard water heater , not a tankless water heater"

"Very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation was completed very quickly and the new water heater was up and running sooner than I expected. They even installed a special anode I ordered separately. After they were done they also explained how to adjust and maintain the correct temperature."

"**Highly recommend FDL Plumbing!** Francisco from FDL Plumbing was prompt, professional, and efficient. He arrived at 10am to diagnose my water heater issue and clearly explained my options. After discussing pricing, we agreed to proceed, and Francisco had a new unit installed by 11:45am, exceeding his initial timeframe. Francisco was a pleasure to work with â he completed the job expertly while maintaining a friendly demeanor. His work ethic and competitive pricing (especially for San Francisco) were refreshing. Thank you, Francisco, for the outstanding service!"
