I called UR Service on 8/13/2015.  I was given an appointment for the next day with a window between 9 am to 11 am.  Technician arrived within that time frame. He was very professional. He explained what was wrong and showed me what was broken. He was able to repair the machine. He was very informative. I felt he went above and beyond for this job.  I was very relieved that he could fix it and I was happy with the cost since I was expecting for him to tell me "not worth fixing"!  I do not want to replace my washer and dryer.  My dryer has not needed any repairs yet, however, when it does I will call UR Service. <br />"

"tMy first contact with Universal Appliance Service was by telephone.  At that point I told them I had a Bosch stackable washer and dryer set.  After that conversation, our communication switched to email.  In a email I gave them the model number and serial number of the washing machine .  I took time off work to be home for their visit.  Unfortunately they only sent one guy when they need two to deal with the stackable set.  So I wasted my time off work and we had to reschedule  for another day.  That why they are getting a B rating.  <br /> When they returned the work was completed in a timely manner,  they cleaned by after themselves and everything was fine.  Price for the parts and labour was on the high end of normal but competitive . In other words, he price was acceptable. <br /> if you have stackables, you must make sure they are bringing a two man crew or you waste will time off work like i did. <br /> <br />"
