"Nicardo Smith installed a partial bathroom and lied from the beginning. He claim it would be him and one other guy but sent two unknown men to my house. I was charged for material his workers took from house. My lawn was ripped into by one of the guys oversized trucks and left several deep indents that have not been repaired. My vanity installed now has a leak and my bathroom now smells. When brought to Nicardo attention, he started yelling and calling me names. He then threaten to take my home. This job was only to take 4 days and took a week and half. Very unprofessional with no business knowledge. His own workers talked poorly of him and stated he was not from US. Very rude person and non accountable for his unprofessional behavior. Better off hiring professionals. He seems to overestimate his prices. $600.00 for a 2 x 3 feet area. I was charged for my own paint being used. $4200 was paid for a $3000 job. He will overquote but will not supply you with receipts of materials picked up. He will lie about financing options and talk trash about you as a client to the hired help to put you in messy situation. Please look elsewhere. This guy is a messy scam artist."

"Ron & Ryan arrived within their starting time, removed all the old windows and installed the new ones for our basement. They were pleasant to speak to, knowledgeable about their job and helpful in answering my questions. It was hot all day but they both kept moving and knocked it out. It was about an 8 hour job. "Nate and Joe did an incredible job. Both are extremely quick and meticulous and in their work. It took less than 1 day to cut and install and 2nd day to grout. By noon of the second day, my project was complete. All the cuts were perfect and their attention to detail was amazing. They took great care to protect our floors and countertops during the job and cleaned-up at the end. My wife and I cant stop staring at our beautiful new backsplash. We plan to use Exotic for our Master Bathroom project next. Wholeheartedly recommend Nate and Joe for any tile project anyone is considering."

"This company does an amazing job throughout the process. From picking out our stone, scheduling measurements, and installing all the way down to the price far surpassed my expectation. "Not very well. The sales rep was good. The workmanship not good. The door fronts were not painted well. Most of them had to be taken off and repainted. Still after that, they were not 100% and bother me when I look at them. The lazy susan door was incorrectly put on and another person had to redo it. The person who did the tiling for the backsplash admitted that he had not done that pattern before and watched a U Tube video to see how to do it. The spacing was not even. The grout was not properly cleaned. For weeks, I was cleaning grout off the tiles, and the caulking was places where it shouldn't have been. The grout mixture, when mixed in the kitchen, splashed on to the bottom of our refrigerator. It left a mess, which the person applying the grout denied doing. It was extremely difficult to remove from the stainless steel. A different person had to come back and clean it. Where the grout and tile met the corner of a wall, it looked awful and a second person came out to try and fix it. After making it look minimally better, we were told that the painter we had coming to paint the kitchen afterwards, would have to essentially make it look better. The painter was only able to do so much and commented on what a bad job the tiler had done. I have tried several times to fix it with paint. It still looks bad. I could detail other quality issues, but I believe you can understand what we went through with this company. I have pictures, which I sent them, of the poor painting job on the cabinets and the tile mess. For the cost and quality, I definitely would not recommend them."
