"pricing for a sump pump installation was on the higher end of quotes however the quality of work and the kindness of the person I talked to and how they fit me in in last minute and they call a few times to verity and go over everything was amazing. I would defiantly pay the little extra for the above and beyond service."

"I had my full home repiped as I switched from electric to forced hot water heating. Fred was courteous, communicative, and timely in making the repairs. We ran into quite a few snafus and he took them in stride. His quote was MUCH lower (about half the price) of the original quote we got. Definitely recommend."

"The pump was examined and replaced within 24 hours. Every person I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Everyone with a well fears the day that the pump needs to be replaced as it can be a costly endeavor. With Aqua Specialties, much of that fear was alleviated. "I had no water called George at 3:30 in the afternoon, he was there at 4:00. George found the problem right away and worked replacing the well pump the same evening. He explained everything he was doing, and showed me the problem. (the well pump was holding on by a thread, and clogged). His price was extremely reasonable and repaired at the last minute. I would recommend George for any well problems. <br />"

"Rick responded immediately to my e-mail inquiry through the website and called me to set up an appointment.  He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  As it turns out, after making the arrangements for the sump pump, we discovered the source of our water was from our heating system.  When we informed Rick of this and the fact the sump pump would not be needed, he promptly refunded our deposit.  I would definitely recommend Rick Jackson and will contact him in the future if the need arises. <br />"
