They have enormous pricing for their work I paid over $1,600 for replacing a torsion spring assembly on my 8-ft garage door. That work and parts should have cost me between $600 and $700. I had Ben as my technician, he was sociable enough and polite enough but I don't think he was honest about my problems. I now think he knew he was overstating my problems with my garage door but he went ahead anyway and reported other problems that I said no to. I have since had another garage door company come out and look at my problems and they said I didn't need to do anything. I never received a written estimate or work repair order. I was told that his wife does that on Sundays and I would receive it via email. I still have not received it. The work was done and the garage door is working, but I feel as though I could have had it done cheaper and with written paperwork and a warranty. I have a standard garage door and the repair cost me $350.00 plus tax."
