"Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. "This company was sent by our home warranty to address an electrical issue. They electrical came out, diagnosed the problem which was obvious, wrote a report and job description which we agreed with and signed the form. Unfortunately, they end up submitting a different report and issue with the home warranty so that the claim gets denied and they can charge you directly knowing that the warranty would never pay them the same amount. The lady that answers the phone who is apparently the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this business. "
