"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. "I recently had luxury vinyl planks installed in my galley kitchen, washroom/laundry room, and bathroom. All three of these spaces are tight quarters. However, the crew from District Floor Depot (DFD) did a fantastic job despite the limited space! (The required moving the refrigerator, stacked washer/dryer, stove, and 2 toilets.) The crew made it look like it was a piece of cake to do though I do know there were definitely challenges along the way. It took the crew about a day and half to complete. Each time there was an obstacle, the folks at DFD were quick to resolve, for example, they were a few planks short to complete the job. Rather than taking short cuts, they crew had the additional planks brought over and the job was completed to my satisfaction. All minor concerns that I had had were quickly resolved. I was particularly impressed with the post-installation service provided. I had a question about a “soft spot’ on the floor (the installation was “floated” atop of the existing underlayment) that I felt might cause premature wear. My concerns were quickly addressed (it turned out with “floating” floors having a ‘soft spot’ near a transition sight was normal and that no premature wear would occur.) I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again!"

"Jason and his crew did a fantastic job installing about 1500 square feet of solid white oak flooring. It had to be stained to match existing flooring and Wilmer (the guy leading the staining portion of the project) was soooo patient trying to find the right combination of stains to match the existing floor. Jason, was very knowledgeable about all our hardwood flooring options (a portion was laid on slab and had to be glued down). He was incredibly easy to work with and his crew was very courteous and incredibly hard working. Highly recommend. Finished product was great and price was very competitive. We will be using them again when we get around to doing the upstairs."

They are very thorough, skilled, polite and friendly. I was able to pick out the flooring online or at ProSource Flooring . This was also a positive experience. I now have beautiful vinyl plank flooring and hardwood stairs of excellent quality installed in a very timely fashion and at an incredibly fair price!! Steps were also refinished to match the flooring and they look great. Aaron also completed an excellent job in my father’s house with wood floor refinishing and wood stairs. It was beautifully done. "I was disappointed with the communication below and the fact that they took payment for job completion prior to me seeing the job. My request: Hi Jodi, Sorry for the delayed response as we have not moved all of the furniture and fixtures back to their original place. The guys did an exceptional job matching the colors and refinishing the floors. There was some dust and debris left behind in the house and driveway also some stain on the molding (I will do touch up paint). My biggest concern is the garage that had my table full of fixtures was left with saw dust and debris from cutting the molding and maybe cleaning the machines. I do not want the guys back in my house from previous experience with contractors they see to have an attitude with returning. However, I would request $100.00 credit for consideration and a small amount of the stain mixture for scratches. I would propose that your company have the guys take exit pictures. I will be willing to provide a positive review regarding the actual work performed. Reply: It is nice to hear you are happy with the project. Unfortunately, the issue of stain on the molding and dust is a common when refinishing floors, even in the garage. This is why we prepare our Customers in the contract, to cover all belongings and be prepared for paint touch-up. Final comment: Jodi, thanks for your response. That is an unreasonable, irresponsible position and relieve your crew of any responsibility and respect for the customers property. I am disappointed and regret that I trusted your company to provide a professional service."

"We used Sam to fully remodel our master bathroom and do some cosmetic work in our guest bathroom. We took down walls and started completely from scratch. Sam did all of the demolition, prep work, plumbing, electrical and installed some very intricate marble mosaic tile, for us on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower. Sam is punctual, responsive and extremely knowledgable about his craft. His men do incredible work when it comes to the finishes and he keeps a very clean workspace. All along the process Sam was present at the job and addressed any minor issues we had along the way immediately. You will not find any better bang for your buck in this area. I highly recommend him and we just hired him again to do even more work in our home."
