"Should you need a great contractor? My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Pro Warrior Painting and Construction. Living in Newburyport our large wooden deck had seen it’s day and we knew the time had come to completely replace it. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! It’s obvious he has had these guys working for him for a long time as the daily moral was high and they all worked together seamlessly, with an obvious tone of mutual respect. These guys worked, day-in and day-out, to get work done in a timely fashion, often working very long days. They were meticulous workers ensuring everything looked perfect. "Skip and his son Jonah did all the work over a period of a few weeks, due to inclement weather. I cannot speak highly enough of how good they were, I would hire back again in a heartbeat. Hard working, very friendly and professional in every way. On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced. I believe Andrea in their office has ordered said items and we are now waiting to hear when they will be fitted."

"I needed to replace the header and reframe the garage opening, and also replace the garage door while at it as the existing one was very old and needed a lot of repair.  
Paul and his team are absolutely the best at what they do, and they did a great job.  Right from our initial meeting, Paul was great - he stopped by on a Saturday morning to discuss the work and was receptive to all my suggestions on how I wanted the work done, and understood all my concerns and then gave me a very competitive price quote.  We set up a date to do the work which happened to be bitter cold, but that didn't stop them - they arrived as promised, and got the work done in a very satisfactory manner.  Their craftsmanship is very good overall, and the attention to detail and getting it done right is rare these days.
Paul and his team are great people - very friendly and easy to work with, and highly professional.  They work incredibly hard and are very good at what they do.  I'm very pleased with the work they did and I wouldn't hesitate to give work to Paul in future.
