Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Merritt Island, FL

"The front of our home is frame construction, the sides and rear are concrete block. A 2 man crew showed up every day and worked a full day. Area was cleaned every evening. New Plywood and house "wrap" were installed covering the entire project before new siding was added. It is not a stretch to call these guys Craftsmen. The result is an excellent installation, makes the house look new. Total of 5 days to complete project. No complaints."

""They can do it one day" and it took three. Some minute details were a little sloppy (crooked trim, messy caulking) and I was told they couldn't be fixed. One major problem was fixed - our house leans, which I told the Project Manager, and the workers noticed it, but they used a level to put up the siding, which is correct protocol, but it ended up looking crooked because of the leaning house. After I complained, they did redo it, with some objection, but it ended up looking a whole lot better."

"We are returning customers that have always been highly satisfied with David Keefe Roofing and Construction. David has a great crew that pays attention to detail and are very professional. We had a reroof, our drip edge was replaced along with any rotted wood, they did a great job around the fireplace, the ridge vent looks great and they kept the pool area looking great too. The roof was always protected from the elements and cleanup was constantly performed throughout the day.Their workmanship is always top notch As always our experience was outstanding and we highly recommended David Keefe Roofing to anyone who needs roofing repairs or a roof replaced. David inspected the complete job himself, and also provided wind mitigation documentation and photos for our insurance."

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

"

Very well. The damage to the roof was more than anticipated. Once this was discovered, Greg stopped the work in progress and reported the state of affairs to us. Greg adjusted his schedule while we got a roofing repair estimate. The wait time I got for roofing support was on the order of weeks, not days. This is long to be waiting with an exposed roof during the summer in Florida. Greg set us up with a roofer who could do the repair in days after discovering my finding. The repair has been tested now by almost a month of Florida rains and appears to be good, I would definitely use Affordable Screening and Aluminum Repairs, Inc. again.

"The crew did a really good job repairing our stucco. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail how they were going to fix the stucco. I would definitely use this company again in the future."

"We are very happy with the work done by Total Home Roofing! Logan Briggs was amazing to work with from start to end. He was very informative, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and friendly. We definitely recommend Total Home Roofing for anyone who is need of repairs or replacement. 5 stars all around!!"

"Job was done in satisfactory condition. We received about 5 estimates and John was the best one we found. Job was performed timely, and they cleaned up after themselves sufficiently. I found several nails in odd places and they were not obvious, so they do clean the large majority of them up but be careful and inspect closely especially with pets and kids around because there's no way they will all be found at one glance. We are satisfied with work and the roof looks so much better replaced, the color really pops."

"We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and Witty Innova did all the repairs except for the roof! Wonderful, talented group and outstanding communicators! I'm praying we never need that much work done again but would most definitely hire them!"

"I had to have them back out and redo the tile. We've already replaced the nuts and bolts in the drawers that were falling out."
