"After taking my telephone call, the serviceman showed up promptly and replaced our 10-year-old water heater. The installation went smoothly, the work area was left in great condition, and the old water tank was removed. The serviceman went through the adjustments that might need to be made, depending on water temperature, and answered all of my questions. It was a very professional and pleasant interaction."

"They unclogged the toilet and fixed the leak under the other toilet. They said that’s what was what cause the water stains on the French quarters and to call if the problem continues. The water stains are all around the bathroom and could not be caused by what they said. The problem started before the leak from the base of the toilet. Other then the leak would not cause a stain across the room. Then they told me it was expensive but that’s because 2 people came for the job."

"

My disappointment came when the repair man strongly recommended other expensive work and a yearly plan for repairs that were not necessary.

My other disappointment was when Angie's list recommended a discount fee that was actually higher than the company (Aire Serv) was itself.

"can not say enough good things about Paul Keener, the pro who uninstalled my 35 year old solar hot water heater and installed a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water purification system. We live at the beach under harsh weather and salt conditions, which corrodes everything quickly. And the water is hard. Now we don't have to buy bottled water anymore, and we have unlimited hot water. Paul was quick to come to the house and did all the work the next day once we decided on a plan of action."

"Danny was very instructive in determining we should have put in a gas instead of an electric tankless water heater you did an excellent job on writing all the pipes and setting it up for us including return visits to adjust the temperature to my wife's liking"

"Mr. Rhodes wore a mask and was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me options for repairs and promptly proceeded without judgement, regarding my needing the least expensive repair. He also found the source of a slight sewage odor and capped off the drain pipe by the washer water valves, without additional charge. I would recommend Mr. Rhodes to anyone."

"Mike was absolutely fantastic! Our water heater started leaking the day before we were scheduled to fly to Colorado. I needed someone to come as soon as possible. He came out the next morning and replaced our water heater in under an hour. His workmanship and attitude were wonderful. He communicated with us quickly and I will definitely be using his services in the future.
