Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. "Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"The team assigned did an excellent job starting early, took a lunch break and working late so the job was completed as soon as possible. The yard around was cleaned of all debris including a sweep with a large magnet to pick up loose nails. John asked if our 70 year old home had been re-plumbed with water piping much to my surprise. It had been and John went up into the crawl space under the roofing and located where the new plastic-like plumbing was close to the underside of the roof. His men were careful in those spots so the nails for the shingles wouldn't puncture the water lines. Keller Roofing's name came from Angie's list-good referral!!"

"Greg is the owner of Affordable Screening and Repair.  Greg Oates and his crew did an outstanding job on our very large pool cage.  Not only did he rescreen the entire area, he also put in all new hardware on our doors and cleaned out the gutters and resealed all the gutter seems.  They put in extra heavy screening on the bottom per our request and another type near our sitting area to shield the area from rain and sun.  The pool area looks band new now!  We are so very pleased with the quality of the work and the pleasant nature of Greg and his crew.  We will be keeping Affordable Screening as our go-to company for our pool cage/screen area.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
