They keep you updated Constantly with emails and messages if you choose letting you know dates coming up times and when product will be delivered And the final agreed installment date the men who came to install the roof were very courteous, and the cleanup was unbelievable, not tack, nail or piece of trash on my lawn. While some were installing the underlayment felt sheets others were cutting and replacing the wood that needed replacing. The roof was done on the second day because there was great teamwork shown. They cleaned up any fallen materials and swept the area with a magnet bar to pick up any nails and staples. The area was cleaner then when they started. Highly recommend. "
