"Green Mango is good at killing bugs!  They aren't so good at working with customers on scheduling.  They like to schedule you and show up when it fits into their "optimized" routing system.  If their preselected date and time aren't convenient for you it is very difficult to get them to reschedule.  I have had numerous conversations with the office staff to resolve this issue but it seems like the same thing happens every time they schedule.  I like to be there when they complete the service to allow access to all areas of the home.  Apparently many customers don't have that need so they schedule them when its convenient for Green Mango.  I have dealt with both owners and they are professional and helpful when contacted.  The office staff can get rude at times when calling to reschedule their preselected service time.  Overall I am happy with the pest control but disappointed in the staff and scheduling issues.
