"Have used OC Pools in the past from a recommendation from a friend. Recently, needed a pool pump replacement. Their team was quick and efficient in making the fix. They are very knowledgeable on all things pools, etc. I would comfortably recommend OC Pools to anyone needing assistance with their pool/spa needs."

"I've known Arturo for over 15 years. He's completely remodeled two yards and pools for us. Our family members have also used his services and were very pleased. He is always kind, professional and does immaculate work. Arturo is the go to person for landscaping and pool remodeling. In my opinion--the best!"

"David and his team from Hacienda did a remarkable job. The pool looks brand new! Everyone was very professional and got the job done two months before my deadline! Definitely call David if you need to remodel your pool."

"I could recommend them but with this advice. We had the pool resurfaced and tiled. I like the mini pebble surface and the glass mosaic tile border. We had an intellibrite LED light installed and a sand change in the sand filter. I do take issue with a couple of things. First, through the whole process, we were rescheduled many times. There were times that I said I took a vacation day to be home for certain work and found out when calling later in the day that they were not coming. I had a very hard time getting return calls and texts from the service manager. I wanted to purchase a control panel for the pool light. Once it was available, the installation kept getting postponed, and I would not find out until later in the day when I asked. I finally gave up and will go to another company for that, which is a shame. For me, communication is important. I think that if the work is getting postponed, call the customer and tell them, and offer a specific day and time frame. I always had to follow up just to find out they were too busy. I got tired of being pushed to the back of the line. Second, the sand that was pulled out of the filter was dumped over the wall into my front yard, in a big messy pile. The area around the filter was not cleaned up either. I had this done once before by another company and the sand was taken and disposed of. When I asked them to come back and clean it up, some of the pile was taken but it is still a big mess that I have to fix myself. I gave up on that. It was difficult to communicate with the service manager."

"Love my pool remodel... work was done timely, and workmanship was good. Mike is very knowledgeable and provided great solutions for various concerns I had with my pool. Pool looks beautiful!!! I am very pleased and would definitely work with Mike again!"

"Victor did an excellent job on my pool remodel. When I bought my house, the pool was in very bad shape and I knew I had to repair it. I shopped around with many different pool remodel companies and found Victor through a referral of one of my neighbors. He had a reasonable price, was very responsive, and was able to get me on the schedule quickly. For my project, we converted a diving pool into a play pool with a large Baja shelf, added some bubblers, new lights, new pebble coating, and new tiles. I was very pleased with the workmanship and would definitely recommend Victor."

"No matter what I say about these, guys it won t be enough. They did a great job refinishing our existing pool. Right from the start, Carmine was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The company is well organized and reliable. Thanks to Pool Innovations I m greatly enjoying my swimming pool - again."

"MasterAZscapes landscaped my backyard in Vistancia with a large cactus garden, lots of bougainvillea for a future hedge, 3 trees, a sidewalk, irrigation, lights, boulders, mounding and decorative rocks. During the planning stage Troy provided me with pricing for each specific plant, rather than just describing X number of plants for X price. I knew what the size of each plant would be, so there were no surprises. He even provided me with a computer image of just how my garden would look. When I didn't like the rip rap delivered by the rock company, there was no argument about changing it out, or who would pay to remove the offensive rip rap. Darrel came by with samples of replacement rock and the project continued with no delay. They planted over 80 plants, with many large, pricey cacti. They did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased with my new garden. I would highly recommend them as they showed great care and thought from the planning stage with Troy through the installation process with Darrel and Tommie. From beginning to end, their primary objective appeared to be my happiness, and they succeeded."

"His service was above and beyond always stayed in touch answered all our questions we are o er the moon with our beautiful new pool"

"We had a 20yr old round pool with black pebble when we bought our home - not ideal for swimming laps. I asked a couple of pool companies about a remodel & they wouldn't touch it. Then I found out to Tribal Waters! After a couple of meetings with their crew in our back yard We came up with a redesign that is Absolutely beautiful & useable! Tribal Waters helped guide me on effortless financing & They also got all the permits needed, so it was stress free! Dion & Jarred worked together well managing each step & I could always count on getting a quick call back from Jarred with an answer to any question I had! They had a lot of patience with all my questions & explained every step to me as the construction & transformation of my new pool took place. Yolanda (whom scheduled each phase) was an angel through all the process! She ALWAYS kept me in the loop via email & if I had a question or concern, she would quickly help contact me with the person that could help."
