"We had been having problems with water pressure for nearly a year. I finally called Mark, left a message, he called right back and was able to help us walk through this right before Christmas. Water pressure is good. What a great guy! Will definitely use him again."

"Replaced water heater. Both the estimator and the installer showed up on time. The final cost was higher than expected. They did not clean up all the mess that was made removing the old water heater."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."
