"Very reasonable price, responsive to requests, timely repair, friendly crew, use of drone to see both damage and results of work, and ease of communication with company foreman and owner. Drywall repairs after roof replacement completed made it appear the damage never happened! Very impressive service!"

"Austin was great, upgraded our flat roof and replace some broken tiles that was found as well. Very professional, responsive, and great guy. Will be recommending to all our friends and family."

"We received outstanding service and quality installation from Smith & Ramirez Roofing. We are totally satisfied with the new roof. Alex Ramirez gave us first rate service leading us through the process, describing the various types of roofs, and was very patient and professional in answering all our questions. Alex is very knowledgable and friendly. He was easy to reach, made all appointments, and kept us informed every step of the way. His office staff was also easy to reach and very helpful. The foreman and roofing team that did the actual work showed up on time each day and did a great job tearing off the old roof and disposing of it. The job-site was left clean and Alex personally came over to make sure everything was to our liking. The new roof looks so great that several neighbors came over to ask about the work that was done. We are very happy that we selected Smith & Ramirez for this job. Highly recommend!"

"Zachary Romero of Green Mountain Contractors provided me with more than just excellent service on replacing my tar and gravel roof - he also offered honest and valuable advice on what I should purchase. For instance, I initially wanted to buy a steel roof, and first talked to a competitor about this. The competitor quoted a fairly high price for a 28 gauge thickness steel roof. Zack, however, recommended a thickness of 18 gauge in a high wind area. To clarify this, 18 gauge steel is approximately three times THICKER than 28 gauge steel. Zack also told me that in high wind areas, a thin gauge roof vibrates in high wind conditions and loosens the fastening screws. In April of 2018, just before my roof was to be renovated, we experienced some very high winds in Santa Fe, New Mexico (60 plus mph peak gusts). My home insurance agent said that there was an instance during this time of a metal roof being peeled back from the roof structure. Zack also recommended I go with 30 year rated shingles instead of metal at a higher price. This boosted my level of trust in his honesty and integrity. A less scrupulous person might have tried to maximize the cost and profit margin without regard for my needs. I also checked with Zack concerning the wind speed rating for my choice of shingles. He told me that the shingles were rated up to 130 mph! I’ve never seen winds anywhere near that high after having lived in Santa Fe for 28 years, so this seemed safe. The total amount of time to complete the removal of the old tar and stone roof and install the shingles was a little over two days. I personally inspected the job during and after completion, and was very satisfied with the quality of the work. George (the roofing foreman) took a lot of pride in his work, and exhibited a highly professional level of competence. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Green Mountain Contractors. I truly feel that I received excellent value for a fair price."

"Very professional and affordable. Work was completed on time and clean up was superb. Highly recommend Beacon Homes!"

"Mark was totally proffesional as he went to school and was trained in what they call a TPO roofing system that has a warranted lifetime application.. The system was installed and all the gutters adapted and replaced. He also did some extras as stucco and made sure every thing was repaired and cleaned."

"Danny with Lifetime Roofing & Construction has a very professional crew. They were in and out in one day so we didn't have to deal with many disruptions or any loud noises. They did great. I'd recommend them for any roofing, remodeling, or construction job you have."

"Timing and efficiency was great. Everything went very well, no trash or debris was left at the sight."

"It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

"Excellent work. From initial estimate right through till final observation of work done. Friendly, professional, gave full explanations of every aspect of the job and called each day to give an update on where the project was. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Cleaned everything around the home. Took the extra time to tape out roof edges to avoid any drips - great detail. Very satisfied with all aspects of this job and would hire again."
