This experience with RH & MS was an extremely positive experience. I hired them to renovate my home after Barry flooded the total ground floor of my 1200 sq. foot home. Several HomeAdvisor contractors gave me quotes on the job. RH & MS was not the lowest, but, the attention to detail in the initial walk thru separated them from the other contractors. They quickly worked to totally gut the house and re-mediate the floors, wall and insulation to prevent the growth of mold. They did an excellent job of replacing sheet rock, insulation, and painting. I was impressed by how the punctual and friendly crew cleaned up after every work day. Mike said it would take about three months and they finished one week shy of three months. I would highly recommend RH & MS General contractors with out reservation."

The range of jobs they have done for us so far include, renovations on our rentals, re-shingling a roof, siding, gutters, and adding a beautiful outdoor patio & kitchen area to our home. Each and every crew was very professional, polite and hard working. At days end, they even cleaned up behind themselves so the only thing you noticed was the improvement when the jobs were finished. The communication between us, the design team, the project managers, and the office staff was exceptional. "We’ve custom-built and remodeled homes on five occasions and from that perspective I give SES a solid thumbs up. They recently completed a kitchen renovation on our apartment and we are very happy with the outcome and the price paid. Perry’s estimate was detailed and specific and allowed us to complete the project as scoped for the price quoted — a first for us. The project progressed at an acceptable pace and SES coordinated well with the subs we selected ourselves for cabinets and countertops. As is the case with all builders, there were a few glitches and some of their crew were more skilled than others. Their demo crew, cabinet installer and tile guy were first-rate, their paint guys OK and their floor guy and cleaners not very good. SES addressed concerns related to the latter two with redos and fee reductions, respectively. They inadvertently disposed of $300 worth of cabinet lighting they were supposed to reuse, but they immediately agreed to replace it at their expense. Similarly, I had asked them repeatedly to provide me with copies of receipts for parking so I could get these reimbursed by the insurance company (the project was necessitated by water damage caused by our upstairs neighbor) but they neglected to do so and as a result offered to not charge us for parking (which HAD been included as a line item in their bid). Owner Shawn was very personable and responsive, and office manager Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, keeping things moving along and ensuring punch list items and other requests were addressed in a timely fashion. Communication generally was excellent. There were no times when anyone became difficult to work with, another first for us. I would gladly use SES again and I recommend them without reservation."

"My husband and I were blown away by how fast and perfectly the fence and gates were installed!!! We had 250 feet of pine wood fence installed with 3 gates. I was not specific on any details like; wood posts, pressure treated pine, direction of opening gates, the Reyes brothers did everything as if they were doing it for their own family. They didn't cut ANY corners and from start to finish took 48 HOURS!!!! We couldn't be more pleased with our fence! Well worth every penny.! We will and are using them again for other projects!!!"
