"Pat met with me approximately 1 month before performing the job to provide a quote.  He was right on time, and explained in detail what was needed to repair the section of driveway that was sinking and falling apart.  His written quote was detailed and clear.  He was honest, and only recommended replacement of the defective section (others pushed to replace the whole driveway).  His quote was not the cheapest (all quotes for partial repair were within $100 though), but his approach to my problem and his demeanour easily made up for the small difference in price.  Pat arranged a time to start, and was very prompt.  The weather was iffy, but he was able to complete the repair in less time than he estimated, and before the weather turned bad.  He returned about 2 days later, after the new asphalt cured a bit, to finish with the sealcoating of the entire driveway.  Pat returned a day later to explain the curing process for our new section of driveway and to answer any questions we had.  I am very pleased with the repair, and will continue to use DeBottis for my driveway maintenance. <br />"

"The bid process went well.  The man who provided the estimate is a second generation painter and was the only one of all the estimators who knew they needed to use an oil based primer on my walls as I had just had new plaster installed in much of the house.  I always had use of my kitchen, bedroom, bath and living room when the crew left.  The walls. ceiling and trim look great - especially at corners and where the colors change. <br /> However, there were paint spatters on some of my counters, all over my toaster, and inconsistently on some of my hardwood floors.  There was some paint on the furniture (hand smears?), and the handles and faucet of my basement washtub.  The man who estimated the job followed up with me and took care of all the places I pointed out to him, and he stated he has changed out people who were on my crew (6 people the first day, 4 crew the second day, 3 people the third day).   <br /> I just don't understand how my walls, ceiling and trim could look so professional, yet the clean up (paint spatters, paint smears, etc.) be so inconsistent."

"I believe I have been speaking with the owner of the company, but I am not sure. I purchased the promotional service coupon through Angie's List (who doesn't appreciate a good deal right?) It took us a bit to get the times and mowing schedule worked out. There was a slight glitch at first; they offered a bit of compensation for it and I made a suggestion that I thought we both could agree with. I have suffered a severe leg injury and have done a very poor job of upkeep on the flowerbeds and backyard (ashamed to admit.) The crew came today to do the lawn work and boy did they have a task ahead of them. I did not get to meet the people who mowed my lawn, but I am so very pleased with the work that was done. I have had two previous lawn services since I have moved into my home who have not had any of the work the guys dealt with today and these guys are by far THE BEST. I am sure I was not their favorite person at the end of the first mow today! I have received nothing but great customer service through our communication and the job that was performed. I can not wait to see how my yard looks after a couple of good TLC treatments. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for lawn service. You have just gained a long time customer!!
