"From the point where we discovered water damage resulting from a boiler failure during the coldest weekend of the year all the way to completion of the room rebuilds, Sam was amazing. He managed the entire process including working closely with our insurance company. Sam knows how all of this works and made sure he got us exactly what was needed to restore the house to pre-incident condition. In many cases even better based on new code requirements. Sam was always reachable and always willing to talk us through the process and keep us updated.
