He left cushion room incase something unexpected popped up. The day after the contract was signed, his crew had ordered supplies and gotten starred. They found some unexpected plumbing and sewage problem and took care of it at a reasonable price. His company leveled and supported all of the weight bearing walls in the house. His crew also repaired some siding on the back of the house that had been destroyed by our dog and was rotting. My only suggestion would be contact. His crews were unable to show up one day, which was fine. However we didn't know and had our dogs crated the entire day. Overall wonderful service and work and we will use them again."
