"JMG Construction is a smaller family business owned and operated by Juan Gomez. Since its a smaller company your able to speak with the owner directly and he will come to you home to go over exactly what you need. Juan will provide his own professional guidance to help you with you decision making and to make sure your getting exactly what you want. <br /> When I purchased my new house it had a very small driveway and needed a larger concrete patio. The back yard sloped down toward a creek and had a ton of brush and rocks. Juan added a large extension to my driveway and added a 18x16 patio. He brought in about 20 dump truck loads of dirt and leveled my back yard. He even added metal posts for me so I could put up a wooden privacy fence. Now my back yard is ready for a sprinkler system and SOD. It's going to look beautiful. The driveway and patio already look beautiful.  <br /> I have used JMG construction in the past and so hasn't my girlfriend and mother in-law. JMG put a patio in my last house and a patio at my girlfriends house. My mother in-law had them put a sidewalk in several years ago and the sidewalk is still like brand new. Both patio's are solid and I haven't had any issues with them.  <br /> JMG does more than just concrete, and landscaping work. I'm also going to use JMG to add a roof over my patio and to replace my fireplace inside my house. The current fireplace is cheap and ugly. They are going to tear the current one out and replace it with much larger one.  <br /> Your not going to find a more professional trustworthy company than JMG Construction. Juan does outstanding work at a very reasonable price. Your not going to find anyone that can match his prices, believe me I tried. Juan responds to your location fast to give you an estimate and completes the work in a timely manner. He takes time to go over what you want and answer any questions you have along the way. He's flexible so if for some reason your like me and want to change something at the last minute.  <br /> I plan on using JMG Construction for all of my future work, and I have a lot of projects planned. I usually don't write reviews or provide recommendations for people but this company exceeded my expectations so much I had to let ya'll know how awesome they are. Use JMG Construction and you will be very satisfied. <br />"

"We had a leak in our sprinkler system that was pretty severe, called several other companies and none of them could send anyone out.  Tutson came out a day a later was able to identify the issue and fix it.  Then also check out system and found we had broken sprinkler head in the back yard and fixed it as well.  They were very professional and we will be using them in the future for all our sprinkler needs. <br />"

"Work completed to date includes removal of a raised deck and construction of a flagstone patio in its place, strategic placement of stones to insure proper drainage, and the installation of shrubs, vines, and ground cover—all of which have transformed our outdoor living space. Keith is a perfectionist and his work is outstanding."

"This company did an overall good job.  The only exception is that they basically cut my crape myrtle in half after I discussed with the owner that I did not want it trimmed down that far.  The owner apologized and stated that he communicated my desire to his crew and that he would have a talk with them. <br />"

"Chris, the owner is very personable and super nice! I had to fire my contractors after a 4 week job turned into 9 and a lot of things were done wrong. Chris met with me the same day, helped me pick out the correct supplies and started at 7:45 the next morning and worked til 6:30- on a Saturday I might add. Our house was under refinance and the appraisal was to be done that following week. He had everything done in 3 days which would have taken my old contractor a month! He cleaned up after the old contractors left trash in my yard, and destroyed my house with mess! Chris cleaned up everything daily and left my house looking good before he left. He even hauled all the trash the old contractors left! I have to say he saved the day and my kitchen looks amazing thanks to him! I will be using him again for my bathrooms!"

"Richard completed the above mentioned service and walked me through everything he did. He described how grass should be cut in levels to help build roots and fullness. He educated me on the the different types of grass and explained which one I had. He told me my grass was cut uneven which is why I had multiple green and brown patches among other reasons. He also mentioned my yard was infested with various weeds which is why he added a weed and feed for free. He continued to walk me around showing me everything he had done. Richard and his worker trimmed my hedges, edged every area with grass, mowed and cleaned my dog kennel and swept areas where the blower could not reach. I noticed his worker power washing the driveway and sidewalks for grass stains which the sun bakes and then creates green patches. The final touch was when I watched his worker push down all my trash to add the lawn clipping bag and Richard said put it in the truck so they have room for additional trash, free of charge. All in all worth the $30.00 and gave him a $10.00 tip for going out of his way which to my surprise is his regular service. I have a new lawn service even after I recover. Thanks GFL!"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Mexia, TX

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
