"Sometimes Spouse did an excellent job! The wives I rented showed up on time, even a few minutes early. They provided me with proof of being employees, informed me that they were insured and bonded. The two girls cleaned my home for 4-5 hours. They did a deep clean the first time, and a weekly clean after (& have done this for over a year). They do an amazing job each time, doing a top to bottom clean of my home. I signed up for the Sometimes Home Plan and love their services. I also call them for any of my home maintenance needs. Recently they did gutter cleaning, and interior painting of my home. I am very satisfied every time they come to my home."

"The fence they installed was great. They matched the two other fences this one was joining. The painting was a struggle due to communication. They did have some areas that needed to be corrected and when I let them know I was ready for that they came in and corrected them.

Tree Work: His Arborist was very professional and removed all the trees necessary for construction. He also removed a bunch of trees that were not related but needed taken down. The chipped all of it and removed it all cleanly. Very professional.

Stump Removal: The Stump Guy was also very professional and quick, grinding down all the stumps of trees that the Arborist had cut, Professional Job.

Site Work. The Site work was performed buy the Concrete contractor. The primary issue I had with the drive and the site was drainage, The contractor made sure that there was no issue with this. I also got a gravel drive to the garage. Very knowledgeable in this regard.

Concrete: The concrete that was poured for the foundation of the garage is excellent. One of the reasons I waited over a year to write a review was that I wanted to see how everything held up. The concrete floor in the garage is smooth per my request with no stress grooves. Since it has been poured I have not found one crack. Built to my specifications. Excellent Job.

Framing: The carpenters knew what they were doing and built the garage without plans. Only thing I needed to insure that the Roof Joists were spaced properly, which they corrected after framing was complete. The garage matched the house. I had asked for Steel reinforced headers which were installed. Good Job.

Masonry: Brickwork is excellent quality, better than the house. Very Nice.

Finishing: The garage door, window and other door were installed correctly, I asked for "The largest attic door he could find" and the one installed is perfect. Paint is a dead match for the house. Brick is also a perfect match.

Price: The price was higher than I was planning to pay, but when you consider all the work that needed to be done, and the fact that I had only one person to deal with (Jess) It was worth it. Out of the three contractors I contacted, Jess was the only one that actually took his time, had his guys come out and take a look, and gave me a real price. The others were quick to pull a quote "out of their a__)

They tore out an old 10x10 deck and installed a beautiful 16x16 composite deck. "We had the pleasure to work with Ybarra Professional Builders on back to back projects in our home. Both came out better than we could have envisioned! Our first project was our hallway bathroom. Our project manager Ryan was always on top of things and very attentive to detail. He was always in communication with us and very responsive. The work crew was professional and courteous at all times. They completed the project in the timeframe we discussed and were so very pleased with the final product. Because we were so pleased with the bathroom remodel, we asked Ryan to help us with a kitchen remodel. This was a much bigger project and had more details in scope. "Montano Construction is a family owned business we hired to complete 3 projects for us. For the 1st project, they demolished our old shed and built a customized metal building for us. The crew paid attention to detail and used quality materials. They dug a good trench all the way around for the foundation, used a laser level, installed plenty of rebar, and steel beams for the structure while measuring and remeasuring to ensure a precise concrete base. Before they were finished with the metal building, we added two more projects. For the 2nd project, they removed carpet from two bedrooms and replaced it with vinyl flooring. They demolished our back porch and replaced it with a sturdy deck using treated wood, customized to our specifications. The project team was prompt, trustworthy, hardworking and cleaned up after each day. We would totally recommend Montano Construction to others and if we have any more future projects, we will hire them again."
