The contractor responded quickly, came to evaluate the space, and brought several turf options so I could see the differences. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option, the price differences, and why some materials cost more than others. I appreciated that he gave his recommendation but also let me decide based on my priorities. He also shared references from previous projects, which gave me confidence in his work. Compared to other quotes I received, the price was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. It felt like very good value for the quality and professionalism. The installation went smoothly, the team worked efficiently, and they left everything clean and organized. Several weeks later, the turf still looks great and is performing well. I would definitely recommend them."
